Responsibilities,
Carry out complete site surveys according to standards and procedures
Prepare Layouts and single line diagrams for complete projects
Prepare RFQs, BOQs for project execution process
Visit the sites and complete the project execution according to the design and timeline.
Carry-out Concept definition and engineering studies, design, scopes and preparation of engineering documents as per approved standards and procedures
Major Project:
1.) 1.25 MW On grid Solar Power Plant at GIKI University Swabi KPK Pakistan.
2.) 100 MI Residential Houses 540kW On-Grid Hybrid Roof top Project Rawalpindi Pakistan.
3.) NLC 75 kW On-Grid Roof top Solar Project.
4.) Air University Islamabad 200kWp On-Grid Roof top Solar Project.
Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency
Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant
Formulate strategic and operational objectives
Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability
Manage budgets and forecasts
Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
