Responsible for GE Steam Turbines installation, start-up and commissioning activities.
Preparing documentation to write commissioning procedures in relation to ST
Providing technical training to operations team for reliable operation of ST
Reviewing and inspection system P&IDs according to vendors requirements
Preparing corrective and preventive maintenance schedules for running units
Supervising daily routine inspection plans for ST and auxiliary systems
Studying and consulting the GE technical manuals to promote technical skills
Coordinating with Operations team for each start-up to base load activities
Preparing daily log for activities performed
Participating in daily Commissioning meeting in order to present updates and discuss technical issues
Project Mangement(L1, L2, L3)
Proect Execution, spervision and closing.
To study and review over deign and systems as per P&I drawings
To Intallation and maintenance of rotating equipments
Calibration of PD mechanical flow meters as per API-MPMS
Calibration of AST as per API-MPMS
Hands on skills over actuators, drives and other related sensors, transducers etc as per application
I passed my degree as First Class with Grade A
