Plan, organize, control, and evaluate IT and data operations
- Ensure the security of data, network access, and backup systems
- Manage information technology and computer systems
- Training and coaching of responsible staff at different client sites
- Manage the Installation of a security surveillance system
- Configuration, installation, and up-gradation of security surveillance systems at various projects
- Diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults, troubleshooting system, and network problems
- Discussion with customers through a progression of activities, either up close and personal or via telephone
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of technology products and services,
- Oversee new system facilitation
- Current system enhancement, and manage internal/external application upgrades.
- Define and improve all system and network operations
- Create strategic goals and convert them to easily implemented plans and perform Project management of IT initiatives.
- Oversee the training, disciplining, and performance
- Negotiate contracts with manufacturers for all software, hardware, and consulting services
Responsible for installing new software and hardware (printers, computer workstations, etc.)
- Network maintenance
- Fixing network faults
- Provide technical support to clients over live chat and sometimes make a visit on their request
- Create day-to-day reports to my supervisor of the network, planning future improvements of the network

Final year project: Braille tutor: an adept audio base system for visually impaired people. Braille Tutor is a braille teaching, calling, and texting Android application for visually impaired people. It will help blind people learn braille on the touchscreen
