There are a number of departments in the public sector which are involved in the provision of services to citizens. Each department is providing one or more service using different set of processes which may be automated or manual. The Chief Minister Punjab has issued directions to establish e-Khidmat Markaz.

Brief Job Description:

Working with 130 Govt.Services.
Provides citizen additional information or explains services
Completes supporting paperwork and data entry as required
Accurately captures customer information
Tactfully handles stressful interactions with the public.
