 To ensure that the consignments are cost effective, and are received according to the predefined specifications, quantities and time schedule.

 Placing orders for international Procurement according to the annual plan of the international procurement department within stipulated time frame in line with laid down policies and procedures.
 Participating in determination of needs from diff. materials annual budget.
 Selection of supplier.
 Follow up payment for supplier.
