Key Deliverables:
•Ensure the Site activities are accomplished with proper drawings and in compliance with the Specifications.
•Verify the Mechanical Project Document Submittals at Site and ensure their Approvals and their record maintenance. Ensure approval of all Shop drawings and other Construction issued drawings.
•Attend the meetings with Client, Contractor and Sub-Contractors for the Project progress and scheduled project achievements in compliance with Specifications and Standard Procedures.
•Ensure all the works are accomplished with in the scheduled time.
•Ensure Contractor have all the approvals from the ADDC, WRM, DOT, Civil Defense for the Infrastructure are complied with respect to ADNOC Specifications and stipulations.

•Prepare the snag list for pending activities for site prior to PAC; also inspect the balancing and testing for HVAC and functional inspection for compressors, A/W connections, Fire suppression system(wet suppression, Novec inergent gas), sprinkler systems.
•Inspect the cleaning and sterilization of water tanks and the piping networks and get samples for testing.

Key Deliverables:
•Receive and inspect the materials with respect to the PO and delivery note in compliance to the specifications and material submittals.
•Raise the MIR & ITR to the client and consultants.
•Attend meetings with the client, consultants and prepare the minutes of meeting.
•Carryout inspections on site for the pipe fabrication, welding, NDT activities and FBE coating inspections and acquire the objective evidences. Also submit the objective evidence to the consultant and client for review and verification.
•Maintain the objective evidences for the site activities for electrical and instrumentation and raise the MIR & ITR for the source.

Fabrication shop:
•Receive and inspect the materials based on the PO and delivery note and in compliance to specifications and standards.
•Inspect the fabrication activities with respect to the drawings also check the welding activities and prepare the checklist for the delivery of finished products.
•Carryout the delivery of finished products for galvanizing and painting shops.
•Obtain the certificates for the zinc coating and painting activities from the galvanizing and painting industries.
•Carryout the DFT gauging for the galvanized and painted products.
•Handing over of the painted and galvanized and fabricated products to concerned projects with all the specific documentations and Test reports.

•Blinding of all the pipes connected to the vessels prior to hydro-testing.
