Continuously monitors and evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery methods and procedures; assesses and monitors workload, administrative and support systems, and internal reporting relationship; identifies opportunities for improvement.
Design and implement IT Security policy to protect the IT network from security threats.
Design and implement Auto Backup procedures for local and remote Servers.
Performing review of the IT facilities and advising management on cost effective solutions for improvement
Manage and coordinate the work plan for the Department; liaison with staff to identify and resolve problems.
