Responsible for the conceptual design and the development of the basic engineering
package of water and wastewater treatment plants, mainly during the sales phase of a
project.
2. Involved in the following technical aspects: concept development with our experts,
process design and calculations, mass balances, production of technical deliverables
such as PFD, P&ID’s, civil guidelines, data sheets, process note, etc.
3. Responsible for the price calculation (including price requests to suppliers) and
preparation of the commercial offer in collaboration with the Sales/Business
Development Manager.
4. Frequent contact with both clients and suppliers.
5. Provide support to the management in the proposal validation process
Development of Techno Commerical Proposals as per client requirement in
coordination with Manager Proposals.
Designing of BWRO, SWRO, UF Systems with using of well established Tools for
Designing the systems by LG, Hydranautics & Pentair.
Designing of Wastewater Treatment Plants & Recycling of Industrial Wastewater
Treatment Plants as per requirement of client.
Cost Estimations and preparation of CAPEX & OPEX for well understanding of provided
solution to client.
Define process requirements for proposals and tenders that will ensure that specified
water and wastewater quality standards can be met in consultation with Foreign
Designers/Principles.
Development of P&IDs, PFDs and Preliminary Layout in coordingation with Draftsman.
Attend meeting with clients to discuss Project requirements.
Check and review customer commercial contract such as liabilities and guarantees
To liaise with In-charge Sales & Marketing for client visits as and when required for
development of new projects.
Coordinate with sales to define the selling price, Terms and conditions.
Provide technical and commercial clarifications to customers and distributors.
Involvement in International (Import) Procurements, preparation of RFQs, Tehnical
Disucssions with International Vendors, Order Placement.
Worked within R&D to find primary and secondary sources of supply for all purchased
components for a new Project
Working as Design and Proposal Writing, Cost Estimation for Water & Wastewater Treatment system.
Complete Detailed Design & Engineering of Awarded Projects. Project Schedule Timeline preparation Consult with AutoCAD Draftsman for Preparation of PID, Layout, Detailed Piping & Isometrics Preparation of Complete Technical Submittals. Correspondence with End-Clients regarding Approvals of Technical Submiitals. Technical Support to Procurement Team for Equipment Sizing and Selection. Supervision of Overall Project Activities including Workshop In-charge daily Progress. Reporting the overall progress and attending clients. Keep the record of Meetings and Update Daily Progress to Director Technical. Preparation of Bill Of Quantities using SAP tools. Overall Project Planning and Management of Successful timeline
