Marketing
•Monitoring of distribution teams at three Main plants Pak-Arab, Fatima Fertilizers and DH Plant.
•Manage the handling of imported fertilizers received at Karachi port and its distribution across Pakistan
•Assisting NLM to ensure that appropriate customer order processing & management systems are in place and shipment/sales forecasts are being achieved.
•Responsible for developing KPIs for quality and efficiency in Inventory Management and Customer Services.
•Responsible for bringing improvement in the utilization of R-12 system in order to analyze product movement nationwide including monitoring of all types of pending orders and their allocation to the transporters, inventory planning and order execution.
•Coordinated with various vendors and creative agencies for the development of new POS Materials, also ensuring the display of material at all sales points and Warehouses.
•Coordination with all AODOs for efficient utilization of space at warehouses and paying regular visits to regions to ensure implementation of best practices at warehouses.
•Analyzing product needs at the warehouse and reconciling the warehouse inventories through a team at HO in order to provide them the required product on time in coordination with distribution teams at all plants.
•Monitored and recorded all zonal transshipment related issues. Ensuring efficient implementation of transshipment to help sales in coordination with sales team.

Management Trainee - Brands
•Planned, Organized and managed the largest Dawn Agri Expo 2013 commencing from the stall design to the event management, in which Fatima Group was the Platinum Sponsor.
•Managed Nitro phosphate new seasonal campaign launch by planning and coordinating ATL and BTL activities, focusing on generating new trials.
•Coordinated the 2-phased “Jadu Ki Bori” consumer promotion (the biggest ever in the fertilizer industry), with a budget of Rs. 300 Million. This 12-month campaign resulted in a 10% gain in market share in 2012.
•Piloted ACNielsen consumer research study including ‘user attitude’, ‘EQ’, and ‘triggers and barriers’; translated the research results into developing effective marketing strategy and plans.
•Coordinated a new “Khazane Ki Bori” consumer promotion starting from the complete marketing plan, its relevant TVC plan, the 360 degree execution and POS development.
•Developed and designed annual marketing plans and brand communication including television advertisements, promotional initiatives and seasonal crop campaigns to engage farmers and induce product trial.
•Coordinated with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and establish brand image.
•Planned, coordinated and lead the whole marketing and sales team to Sales Conference 2014 held at Serena Islamabad
