ELV/ ICT Specialist with proven knowledge of Engineering best practices in Structured cabling, Fiber Optical cabling, Audio Video system, Public addressing system and Access control systems across wide range of industries such as Govt. Complexes, Hotels and Resorts, Stadiums at multinational companies.
KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS

•Identified the status of works, propose recommendations for better efficiency and implement new process improvements so that revenue growth and company standard can flourish.
•Created a culture of success and ongoing business growth by proper coordination with the main contractor and client to identify and target the deadlines.
•Managed, coached and mentored a team of 40 employees to guarantee successful team performance while ensuring individual and program goals are achieved.
•Maintained business contacts and liaison with outside groups and professional associations in order to keep company abreast of advancements and developments in the industry.
•Worked as a team of 4 for the complete testing & commissioning of almost 500 CCTV’s for a reputed project so that project was handed over on time.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
•Analyzed all ELV-ICT aspects of the project to ensure compliance with project specifications, Qatar Construction Specifications and industry norms and best practice.
•Prioritized the works to be completed and allocated team accordingly for smooth functioning of the project.
•Coordinated with the Technical / Design departments on the ELV / ICT installations, testing and commissioning related issues and review of technical documentation to flag and rectify any issues which may affect the function of any components or systems.
•Surveyed all ELV - ICT commissioning inspection documents and verify the systems readiness.
•Organized that the project sub-contractor works are carried out in accordance with the specifications & approved drawings and method statements as per the planning program.
•Raised RFI, attend site meetings and chaired Site Inspection coordination.
•Managed the Technical Team and Construction coordination.
•Reviewed the weekly progress of works and forwarding the same to the manager.
