Execution of Engineering and design works scope within budget and schedule; ensure the designs adhere to industry standards, specifications, local and international regulations.
•Review and approval contractors' designs and drawings and other relevant documentation and correspondence.
•Provide engineering inputs and solutions during all phases of design development, construction, and operation.
•Identify the tools and accessories required during the construction stage and preparing a purchase requisition request for the procurement team to procure the identified items.
•Provide technical support for the design on all ELV and AV works on the project.
•Assist in reviewing the project's close out documents, stakeholder, and statutory approvals.
•Elevates issues to the Technical Lead, CMU Lead, and the Engineer.
•Overseeing the subcontractor's activities and aligning them with the baseline program while ensuring adherence to QCS standards.
•Ensures that projects issues and documents are transferred to the Operations Team.
•Maintain reports for all site activities including progress reports, ensuring are readily available for inspection.
•Initiate and participate in Inspection Requests to verify the completion of works, ensuring strict compliance with project specifications.
•Conduct regular surveillance to ensure the absence of any non-conformance reports (NCR) and proactively address any potential issues.

•Overseeing and managing the construction project on-site, ensuring it progresses according to the schedule and budget.
•Ensuring that all construction activities and materials meet the required quality standards and specifications.
•Implementing and enforcing safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all workers on-site.
•Supervising the delivery, storage, and usage of construction materials, ensuring they are utilized efficiently.
•Preparing daily manpower allocation to the project team based on the work front availability.
•Monitoring and supervising the work of contractors and subcontractors to ensure it aligns with the project plans and engineering drawings.
•Liaising with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to provide updates on the project's progress and address any concerns.
•Conducting regular inspections and quality checks to verify that workmanship and materials adhere to project standards.
•Assisting in cost estimation, monitoring expenses, and proposing cost-effective solutions.
•Identifying and reporting any potential design issues, scope changes, or construction challenges to the project management team.
•Coordinating with QA/QC Engineer to raise inspection for the completed works at site by providing approved highlighted shop drawing.
•Attend site inspection with the QA/QC Engineer for the submitted WIR and MIR.
