-Work closely with Training Manager and Board Members to define the hiring needs of consultants
and trainers.
-Posting recruitment advertisements in various recruitment channels.
-Screening, Classifying and Filtering CVs then conducting phone interviews and meeting the right caliber.
-Conducting a Simulation Training Demo or a Meeting with the selected calibers and provide the
Training Division with appraisal report.
-Developing a new appraisal system to makes it easy to analyze and trace trainers' performance.
-Monitoring and administering the trainers' performance appraisal.
-Restructuring, Classifying and Organizing the company's consultants and trainers database.
