SUMMARY

As iGrow Marketing Manager, I am responsible for the outbound marketing activities for iGrow products from crafting the messaging and positioning to creating sales channels by conceiving and develop innovative marketing programs that drive demand within target markets covering MENA with focus on GCC.
Furthermore, I’m in charge of developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives, managing all marketing activities and taking steps to measure, enhance, and enrich the position and image of iGrow through various goals and objectives.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan marketing and branding objectives.
• Prepare marketing strategies
• Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback.
• Oversee creation and delivery of press releases, advertisements, and other marketing materials.
• Create and advise strategy and themes for designing print ads and publications.
• Engage consumers on social media.
• Deepen relationships with all media to ensure the most effective messaging and positioning iGrow.
• Lead all areas of content generation and production across all media platforms.
• Collaborate with sales and sourcing to develop strategic partnership activities and implement the execution framework and strategic plan on identified business development opportunities.
• Develop and lead a marketing team that will develop and execute new concepts, business models, channels and partners.
• Consult with product development personnel on product specifications from business analysis perspective.
• Coordinate and participate in promotional activities and trade shows, working with developers, advertisers, and production managers.
• Initiate market research studies and analyze their findings with a close eye on market trends, and competition.
• Sales enablement - communicate the value proposition of iGrow products to the sales team and develop the sales tools that support the selling process of iGrow products

My role involves managing business in a portfolio of accounts within MENA (with focus on GCC), Europe and US. Core responsibility involves making account decisions with top management, managing revenue and growth objectives, being accountable for customer and partner satisfaction.

I am responsible for developing long-term relationships with my portfolio of assigned customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. As well as liaising between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of my company's solutions according to customer needs.

4. Ensure that CRM tool is kept up to date with account activities, opportunities and contacts details
5. Identification and qualification of product and solution opportunities leads within managed accounts

6. Leading and training other members of the account team
7. Leading project management activity
8. Delivering sales presentations to high-level executives
9. Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
10. Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed
11) Studying product needed enhancements and updates
12) Innovating new product ideas and/or existing product tweaks
13) Creating and maintaining product related documentation
14) Creating and maintaining product materials including, video and graphics for marketing material, pre-packaging and packaging presentations, whitepapers, technical and business presentations.
15) Assisting with creating pricing schemas for products
16) Handling product lifecycle from idea existence to client delivery
17) Development of creative proof-of-concept product versions using client data and presenting back to the client.
18) Arranging for, handling and delivering outsourced material and services including technical writing, translation, content etc.

12) Liaising with designers and printers
13) Organizing photo shoots if and when needed
14) Maintaining and updating customer databases
15) Organizing and attending events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions
16) Conducting market research such as customer questionnaires and focus groups
17) Managing marketing department budgets for optimum utilization to best serve company goals
18) Evaluating marketing campaigns
19) Supporting other colleagues
20) Supporting the development and maintenance of business image factors like company's website.
21) Maintaining company's website up to date with continuous contribution of marketing materials, such as promotions and offers, product updates, product positioning and launch campaigns, news and events, etc.
22) E-Marketing activities including online presence, brand positioning and awareness through E-advertisements, social networks, etc.
