tatistics and reporting
To implement statistics and analyze data (market, product performance, competition, consumer, salespeople), for purpose of development of forecast reports with coordination with sales heads of company business units.
- Promotion
To implement promotional policy and annual action plans by business and by channel in the respect of the commercial policy of the company and considering the customers expectations. Responsible of the coordination and the implementation of the actions. Follow up of the return on investment.
- Pricing
To control that the price implemented are in line with the commercial policy of the company. To analyze the competitiveness of our promotional campaigns.
- Point of Sales (project)
To implement POS project with respect to guideline applications, considering the policy of business return by channel typology in line with the commercial policy of the company.
- Sales administration
To process orders while controlling adequacy with commercial policy

Main Role "Campaigns Management"

• Develop annual integrated marketing campaign strategies and plans in coordination with the department head that will achieve company strategic objectives.
• Manage the implementation, tracking and measurement of integrated marketing campaigns, on time and within budget.
• Work with different team members and departments to implement campaign activity including: marketing team, digital marketing teams, graphic design team, events team, sales team, PR team, commercial team, etc…
• Brief external agencies to deliver campaign activity and materials according to the pre-designed marketing plan.
• Liaise with other team members to write and edit copy for a range of promotional printed materials and publications including annual prospectuses, institutional profiles, adverts, online tools, promotional flyers etc…
• Communication and follow up on branches to ensure that campaigns are implemented according to planned strategies.
• Deliver campaign activity presentations and regular results presentations.
• Ensure each campaign has clear metrics as agreed with the department head and ensure that campaigns are achieving appropriate return on investment in line with corporate goals.
• Coordination with other departments to carry out post campaign analysis to report KPIs and distribute learning for future campaigns.
• Complete competitor benchmarket for promotional activity and report regularly to key stakeholders.
• Liaise with the PR and internal communications teams to deliver supporting activity for campaigns as required.
• Proactively participate in the development of the department by providing ideas and best practice synonymous with a high performance team.

1. Works independently and with other department and organization staff in planning and executing
internal and external communications programs, volunteer services, strategic planning, and fund
development initiatives.
2. Researches, interviews sources, and stays current on healthcare topics, marketing & fund
development trends, and community activities.
3. Writes, designs, and manages the production and distribution of media releases, ads, brochures,
newsletters, fund development solicitations, direct mail, website updates, and other communications
materials for internal and external audiences.
4. Arranges for vendor services for design, printing, photography, ad placement, and other services.
5. Plans, develops schedules, and implements activities for ongoing solicitation of contributions, grants, and volunteer services.
6. Plans meetings, presentations, programs, and special events and participates and represents department in these activities.
7. Participates in cross-department and organization teams as assigned.
8. Supervises administrative assistant, other department staff, and volunteers to execute department
activities.
9. Performs other duties as assigned.

1- Responsible for organization affairs outside Radio and Newspaper like ( Fundraising-Raising our relations-Marketing Events-Marketing campaigns-recruitment Booths-Upgrading website-Creating new mobile app-News related to our university-Media Coverage-Deals with Student Activities and Organizations-etc) and all the incomes and outputs of this project.
2- Responsible for putting an overall plan for Organization Affairs for a whole year.
3- Dealing with all leader who are in relevance with organization affairs
4- Asking for regularly reports from all leader in relevance with Organization Affairs .
5- Reporting about our Organization Affairs to Chairman .
6- Meeting with any leader in relevance to Organization Affairs
7- Responsible for leading Organization Affairs and teaching every leader.
8- Raising member's spirit in cooperation with HR unit.
9- Build calibers to be coordinator & chairmen next year.
10- Documentation of each meeting.
11- Provide training's team leaders need in cooperation with HR unit.
12- Follow up the leaders tasks and make sure its meeting the deadlines.
13- Develop a strategy the team will use to reach its goal.
14- Setting a goal to reach for his project.
15- Communicate clear instructions to team leaders.

1- Getting enough fund by sponsorship to cover all of our expenses .
2- Making, Upgrading, and modifying our benefit packages.
3- Doing the enough research for companies and organizations who can promote us by sponsorship or partnerships in cooperation with PR unit.
4- Selling our newspaper advertisements.
5- Providing printing sponsors and helping publications for printing issues.
6- Providing catering sponsors or catering needed for all activities.
8- Creating database for companies and organizations who can promote us in cooperation with PR unit .
