- Supervise other payroll clerks and employees monthly to reduce
errors and ensure that salaries are paid on time.
- Supervise the electronic payment department to perform the
distribution of wages through direct transfers to employees' bank
accounts.
- Process the hospital's payroll every pay period as needed.
- Assist in the hiring processes
- Coordinate / schedule interviews for the hiring managers
- Screen CVs and conduct the first interview.
- Prepare the database for employees by using Excel.
- Receive and coordinate requests for leave and other absences and transferring the remaining balances at the end of each year.
- Preparing vacation balances adjustments.
- Coordination with the Insurance Office.
