As an Account Sales Manager and Channel Partner Sales Manager, I act as the end-to-end owner to Secure business by ensuring order and revenue growth of company products and services from prospective and current accounts through analysing and meeting customer needs in an effort to meet sales objectives.
I’m targeted to achieve sales quotas, obtain orders from existing customers and establishing new accounts. Actively contribute to achieve customers and Company satisfaction by Developing both internal and external relations in addition to Managing, Assessing and supervising sales Channel Partners;

• Focus on customer retention and new business penetration within assigned geographic territory;

I was the main point of contact for all Pre-Sales & Bid Management activities, Pre-Sales Manager to act as bid manager and deliver technical support to the sales team throughout the sales cycle, Working Closely with Sales team to obtain orders from existing customers and establishing new accounts, support in achieving sales quotes and key player in the Business Development process. End-to-end ownership for the phases of the Opportunity Lifecycle Process (OLP) under responsibility (from ‘Offer Qualification” to “Contract Transfer completion”) and leads the bid team.

In this role, I was Tech Engineer and Team leader who was responsible for Installation, Configuration, Design, test and rollout process to the IN/VAS (+SMSC) system in addition to providing the local Technical support to customer on a daily basis.

• Manage, supervise and lead the IN/VAS Team.
• Responsible for ensuring those tests for quality controls are executed and configuration and installation prior to this is undertaken by the client.
