Responsibilities not limited to the following:
• Supervise PMC site Inspection team and make sure that each member of the team is aware of the project quality requirements.
• Make sure that all inspection team members have access to an updated copy of the project documents related to the discipline of each member.
• Regular visits to Contractor’s stores to make sure that all storage, handling and preservation activities are carried as per the manufacturer recommendations.
• Make sure that all site inspections are carried out as per the intervention points marked in the approved Inspection and Test Plan.

• B+G+M+1: Sharjah Cooperative Society Commercial Building. Sharjah (AI-Yarmouk Area).UAE

• Ensure that the Constructions are Compatible with the Project Drawings and Specifications.
• Obtaining Quotations for the Provisional and the Prime cost items from various nominated Sub-contractor & Supplier and make the necessary analysis for the Client determinations.
• Review and approve Shop Drawings, Material Submittals and make the necessary Site Inspections
• Liaise with the Head Office and Client for appointing the Subcontractors.
• Preparing the monthly on account payment certificate.
• Preparing the monthly Reports.
• Review and assess the Variations.

My Duties and limited to the followings:

 Execution and supervising of structural concrete work.
 Attending all meetings with consultants and contractors.
 Follow up with the Site Engineers their daily activities and
Responsibilities.
 Handling site correspondences.
 Following up the approvals from consultants and authority.
 Following up site invoices.
 Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.
 Procurement of materials as per site requirement.
 Updating Management about the Critical activities, important
Milestones in order to ascertain timely completion of the Project.
 Liaison of work and coordination with the Client & Consultants.
