Technical/ Special Job Responsibilities:
1. Facilitates and maintains network security, Backups; and monitors LAN/WAN networks.
2. Identifies, evaluates, and may correct hardware, software, and operational problems; maintains service logs.
3. Maintains logs and resolves client’s requests.
4. Performs installation, customization, and maintenance of application software
5. Resolve hardware and software problems; provides technical assistance and training to others in using operating system software and components.
6. Evaluates operating efficiency and analyzes performance and tuning.
7. Suggest modifications to tuning parameters to improve performance.
