As Supply Chain Executive in Style Textile, I'm responsible for overseeing the key process from warehousing till delivery of goods. Key Tasks:
• Establishing standard warehouse practices and protocols to achieve time and cost effective material storage and issuance.
• Design and implement an inventory tracking system for optimized inventory control procedures.
• Evaluating new inventory requirements, review space availability and take appropriate steps to ensure safe storage.
• Examining level of regular user material/ accessories to determine shortages.
• Ensuring waste material/ leftovers are properly stacked and disposed-off as per standard operating procedure.
• Creating detailed reports for adjustments, inventory operations and stock levels.
• Ensuring proper stacking of material for audit reason and to reduce the risk of damage due to handling.
• After production process, ensure that shipment is ready to dispatch before delivery date.
• Coordinating with Import and Export Officer to get information related of container availability and for loading as per given shipment plans.
• Responsible for warehouse performance in the following areas: delivery, safety and proper management.
• Handling day-to-day store operation, managing stock and daily inventory.
