* Playing a key role in the strategic acquisition of United Tyre by ZAFCO, subsequent integration of the two businesses

* Optimising business operations; from demand planning, coordination with factories and stock management, to quality
control and handling of imports, logistics and costings from origin to the warehouse.
* Strengthening the United Tyres brand by introducing new products to cater to the UK market that utilise ZAFCO
strengths.
* Safeguarding existing customer profits whilst proactively working to secure new business; identifying upcoming/ new
tyre sizes and studying competition to maintain competitive edge.
* Identifying the need for a Commercial Director based in the UK and leading the recruitment/selection process on
behalf of the business.
