1- Ensure site QHSE is followed and in line with Client’s QHSE Policies and
Procedures
2- Carry out site safety induction.
3- First Aid, Fire and contamination Training
4- Report all near miss and incident reports.
5- Carry out Tool Box talks.
6- Carry out monthly site Audits.
7- Prepare monthly site safety reports.
8- Keep a track of site headcount.
9- Maintain a log to record any unusual occurrences in terms of site security.
10- Identify any risk at site and report to QHSE and site supervisors.
11- Carry out Risk Assessment prior to commencement of work.
12- Ensure control and safety measure identified as per the risk assessment
are in place prior to commencement of work.
13- Identify QHSE improvement areas and to initiate, recommend and provide
solutions.
14- Fulfill project QHSE requirements by use of applicable client’s procedures,
tools and methods. (Safety case regime, risk assessment, HSE plans,
audits, investigations, reporting)
