1- Ensure site QHSE is followed and in line with Client’s QHSE Policies and
Procedures
2- Carry out site safety induction.
3- First Aid, Fire and contamination Training
4- Report all near miss and incident reports.
5- Carry out Tool Box talks.
6- Carry out monthly site Audits.
7- Prepare monthly site safety reports.
8- Keep a track of site headcount.
9- Maintain a log to record any unusual occurrences in terms of site security.
10- Identify any risk at site and report to QHSE and site supervisors.
11- Carry out Risk Assessment prior to commencement of work.
12- Ensure control and safety measure identified as per the risk assessment
are in place prior to commencement of work.
13- Identify QHSE improvement areas and to initiate, recommend and provide
solutions.
14- Fulfill project QHSE requirements by use of applicable client’s procedures,
tools and methods. (Safety case regime, risk assessment, HSE plans,
audits, investigations, reporting)
Work details:

1-Checking the Degassing stations operation works & work permits.
2- Reporting the Crude Oil exported productions per Barrel on daily basis.
3-work inspections & checking the over site pipes & construction works as well as the safety & health procedures while working in the Degassing stations.
4-Assisting the BP visitors when they have a coordination meetings with the SOC members.
5-Checking the Operation status for the Wells .
6-HSSE inspection for all works inside the degassing stations.
Quality Assurance oversight works enforcing OSHA standards in all projects fields.
-Safety QA Reporting officer responsible for 28 construction projects in the southern provinces of Iraq.
-Monitoring & checking & enforcing OSHA GDA for 500 -5001-5002-5003-5004 ( EM1-1-385 Regulations).
-Supervising & updating the Local contractors Safety regulations.
-Checking & reviewing the JSA & AHAs & APPs plans for International & local Iraqi contractors & doing the correction as needed.
-Doing Safety training for new Local staff as well as the Iraqi contractors.
-Doing Incident & accident Investigations & filling OSHA 300 forms for injured workers.
-Translation & interpreting OSHA lectures & pamphlets from English to Arabic language by using the power point office program.
-Project manager Assistant resposenable for doing Scope of work, BOQs, and the handovers between US Corps of Engineers & the Iraqi Government officials.
-Cultural Advisor for the US high Officials within the Corps of engineers .
-Negotiator & coordinator between the US coprs of Engineers & the Iraqi Government sectors ,
-Doing assessment health & Security assessemnet for the targeted areas of constructions .
-Quality Assurance oversight works .
-Doing inventory for delivered equipment especially for Medical supplies & furniture .
-Recieving truck Loads & shipments .
-Translation (English to Arabic both ways ) authorized for Technical industries on daily basis .
-Health Sector, Buildings, Education PM, coordinator, & Inventory specialist.
-Checking & reviewing the JSA & AHAs & APPs plans for International & local Iraqi contractors & doing the correction as needed.
-Doing Safety training for new Local staff as well as the Iraqi contractors.
