The project client is Ministry of Housing represented by National Housing Company NHC,
project managing by Parson Saudi Arabia.
The Project is “Developmental Housing” program of MOH is one of their 2030 vision’s programs
in Saudi Arabia.
Built Construction Co. is the contracting of the project in Riyadh Province among other
contractors. We work currently in Ad Dawadmi, Majma’a, and Alkharj City.
Construct more than 280 villas single story in Ad Dawadmi, designing and building 1 BR, 2 BR, and 3 BR
villas.
Our scope of work is overseeing the project and start from the beginning in the jobsite from
receiving the project planes, and project area from the client. Using a new building technology of ICF
walls instead of reinforced concrete. This technology has an efficient functionality of being a good
insulation material in houses and light weight. The project duration between 6-8 months to be
completed in Dawadmi.
Milford Mill, MD. I-695 Bridge over Milford Mill Rd. The bridge replacement project includes the
installation of new lighting on Milford Mill Rd under the bridge. I am inspecting on the painting
and rebar over the bridge and making sure that the contractor met SHA’s requirements.
