Creating, budgeted financial accounts for the company on annual basis, controlling and updating the budgets quarterly, based on the company performance targets and variances analysis.

Manage working capital to maintain at optimal level to to ensure sufficient funds are inside the company to support operations on timely basis and assisting senior management on company cash flow management.
Reviewing Customers balances and Suppliers balances control accounts and PDC cheques management on monthly basis.
Compliance with DUBAI Real estate regulatory authority RERA
Maintaining and updating financial standard operating procedures SOPs Policy to ensure that Purchase & Sale, Commissions, HR Payroll, Accounts and Admin department maintain proper transaction records and other necessary relevant documents for external audit purpose.
Prepare the key performance indicators KPIs for HR, Sales, Purchases, Admin to ensure that there scope of work are align with the objective of companies to minimize the gap between Budgeted and Actual figures.
Performing real estate financial modeling for investors and performing costing as per SqFeet.
Advises management for the company performance through reports and graphs to support decision making

Identifying and analyzing the potential risks for market, operation, and finance and updating the targets to maintain the risk threshold level.
