Job Description:
Manage all enrollment related activities by dealing with customers, parents and others, from screening initial applicants and following up with prospect to closing the deal and signing contracts (includes managing an enrollment sales team) including collecting and contacting sales leads.This includes maintaining strong 5 1 relationships and an open communication channel with strategic partners that can feed academy with prospect families such as KGs around town.
Act as the main representative and face of Waad Academy with new parents, in a customer service role, while undertaking all levels of prospecting, sales pitch, presentation development and finalizing contracts in a team environment.
Work with the experience team members to determine and ensure the standards for customer relations and service are exceeded for all customer interactions.
Support and assist the Experience & Business Development Director in implementing the academy marketing strategy to create brand awareness, drive interest and enrollment.
Maintain up-to-date billing from schooling system
Prepare a financial acknowledgement letter for the sponsor.
Follow up on, collect and allocate payments. This includes emailing and sending SMS notifying customers of payments due in addition to contacting them by phone to follow up and urge for payments.
Carry out billing, collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines -
Perform account reconciliations details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities Research and resolve payment discrepancies.
Maintain accounts receivable customer files and records.
Follow customer bank deposits.
Investigate and resolve customer queries. Communicate with customers via phone, email, or personally for walk-ins.
Assist with month-end closing.
