Responsible to support sales staff in sales propositions based on client requests, proactive sales campaigns, partner development, partner ecosystems, RFIs/RFPs and general sales engagement.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems and help the customers install applications and programs and hardware assembly. Also responsibility includes resolving network issues, configuring operating systems and using remote desktop connections to provide immediate support whenever needed .
Responsibilities:
- Follow-up reports of the selling target on a daily basis for all exhibitions assigned to me.
- Follow up the extent to which employees have achieved the technical tasks entrusted to
them.
- Follow up the exhibitors and ensure that all the goods are displayed and committed
according to the rules of the brand, and immediately inform the Brand Manager of the
violation of the dates or the exhibitors' violations.
- Training of the accredited candidates in the exhibition on the implementation of
(Replacement - Transfer In - Transfer Out - Weekly Reports - Daily Reports - Sales)
according to the approved nominations and the company plan.
- Submit a daily visit report to the Brand Manager.
- Follow up the display schedule inside the exhibition, the windows and the exhibitors.
- Confirm organization and regularity for the files of (Replacement - Transfer In - Transfer
Out - Weekly Reports - Daily Reports - Sales).
- Making sure the store is organized (according to the policy and requirements of the
main brand).
- Follow up the quantity of goods and the possibility of storage or lack of exhibition and
report to the Brand Manager.
- Familiarity with the state of the market and competitive brands.
- To monitor the confidentiality of users information on electronic systems and inform
supervisors of suspicion or irregularities to conduct investigations.
