LOGISTICS Coordinator Healthcare Tender Business & Tender Officer.
• Responsible for managing the tender processes in Preparation stage:
o Responsible for daily tender operation activities and ensure that jobs are completed.
o Establish and administer Sharepoint site (SPS) for each tender, includes developing master folder and subfolder structure; upload request for proposal documents; grant appropriate
category of access to each tender team member.
Read and comprehend Request for Proposal (RFP) from Customer and generate summary
document defining all requirements in a concise and logical manner.
o Assist in for providing clarification to customer with any item (s) that are unclear, ambiguous, or unusual.
o Participate actively in divisional meeting.
o Provide input into development of Tender schedule.
o Plan Tender format (i.e., hard / soft copies), production tasks, resources, and timing.
o Provide information to Senior Manager - Medical & Scientific to potential problems in Tender
development / production.
o Provide mitigating options and costs and determine, in collaboration with Sales Managers,
Procurement Officers, Engineers etc., the physical format for tender, including cover set,
tabs, photos, etc. when consensus is achieved, send out for printing, etc.
o In addition, responsible to determine electronic submittal format to provide customer with an well-planned, navigable electronic tender.
o Demonstrates initiative by anticipating potential issues and problems that may arise during tender process, develops a plan to resolve such issues, and keeps tender sales team / sales
manager and Senior Manager - Medical Scientific informed about issue mitigation and resolution.
o Apprise immediately the Senior Manager - Medical & Scientific concerning missed
deadlines, submittal of incomplete information.
o Provide specific input to "lessons learned" data base after submittal of each tender.
o Participate with tender development of response to clarifications, tender submittal, post- submittal clarifications, etc.
• Receiving & entering all Invoices in ERP System.
• Confers with other Departments regarding the received Invoice and provides status updates on ready Shipments.
• Works with supplier & Warehouse to effectively resolve inventory, Invoices or order discrepancies.
• Ensures that goods are shipped in the most timely and efficient manner according to documented
processes, and tracking the shipment from pick up through delivery all of goods.
• Answers questions regarding any shipment from internal and external customers as needed
Monitor the entire orders related to the Lab and home subdivision which seize 40% of medical division orders
Strong knowledge with different types of supplying process and incoterms having dealt with seven of the company’s key suppliers.
Monitor the deliveries to five of Tamer warehouses.
Monitor the stock reports (stock value, stock days, expiries, and so on) in Monthly basis, and report it to the director.
Maintain and develop process to handle the entire scenarios of work.
Participate in ERP system sessions from 2008 until its lunched in 2011
IN charge of ERP system training as a super user in 2011
Follow the penalty issues and analyze the causes to be avoided.
Develop informative reports to be generated from ERB system in the Excel
Develop code on data load to reduce the human errors and save time.
Identify the issues and causes of the department in order to provide solution to the management.
Report to the management the entire transaction.
Participate in lunching Tamer quarterly medical newsletter “Pioneers” as a voluntary work
Looking after the orders since the date of receiving the PO’s.
Communicate to the vendor with regard to the delivery time.
Communicate to the customer with any update of the order.

carrying out performance assessments to determine the skills gaps between current and desirable learner skill levels;
designing course materials and other documents such as handouts, manuals and exercises
preparing the learning environment and resources, including setting up IT equipment where appropriate
evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and learning outcomes;
Maintaining appropriate records of learner development and also resource allocation.
Use a variety of teaching aides including slides, overhead projections, and videos.
