Project Manager for Dallah Hospital West and South Expansion Projects, the West Expansion is considered as a standalone hospital project with a capacity of 300 Beds and 120 Clinics and a total built up area of 90, 000 m2 and the South Expansion is a Residential Project serving the hospital staff with a built up area of 30, 000 m2


My Duties includes but not limited to:
- Preparing the Project Charter after coordination with the Client Project Management Office.
- Preparing High Level Executive Summary Time Schedule for all projects.
- Preparing Level 2 Time Schedule with more detailed Work Break Down Structures (WBS).
- Preparing project estimation to approve the budget submitted within the Project Charter.
- Preparing Request for Proposals/Bids/Quotations for all Packages (Design, Construction…).
- Leading the Evaluation Process of all Packages through well-defined Criteria.
- Preparing Final Recommendation Reports for all packages and presenting them to the Tenders Committee (Client Side).
- Leading the Commercial Negotiation with the winning Bidder to get the best Price.
- Preparing the Contracts after coordination with the Client’s PMO and the Client Program Management Consultant and after consulting the contract Admin. Depart.
- Leading the Kick-Off Meeting with all Contactors/Bidders.
- Monitoring the performance of all vendors/Contractors through proper coordination and meetings.
- Managing all Change Orders requested either by the Client or by the Vendors/Contractors.
- Leading all Weekly Progress Meetings.
- Representing the Client in the required meetings or coordination with local governmental entities upon request of the client.
- Approving all Payment certificates for all Vendors/Contractors.
- Leading the Planning process to integrate the Detailed Schedules of all Vendors into one consolidated time plan which meets the Target Date of the project.
- Leading and Managing the Design Process with the Designer from Data Collection stage to the Detailed Design Drawings Submittal. (Design Management)
- Managing the Construction on site through leading both Consultants and the Contractors to meet project objectives.

Project Manager to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. Includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan. Define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.

Senior Civil Site Engineer for excavation, backfilling, concrete works dealing with planning, scheduling site activities, arranging materials and machinery.

- Civil Site Engineer for concrete works dealing with planning, scheduling site activities, arranging materials, machinery (such as tower cranes, mobile cranes, excavators, compactors etc.), supervising Back-Filling activities and extensive use of several types of Shuttering formworks (steel, fiberglass, aluminum, wood etc.).
- Site Coordinator for finishing works including gypsum board partitions, block work, plastering, painting (anti carbonate and epoxy paints), false ceiling (acoustical and gypsum), stone cladding, curtain wall (aluminum and glass installation), GFRC works, self leveling using different materials, doors installation (wooden and steel), water proofing (roofs and wet areas), stainless steel hand rails and floor finishing includes v screeding, tiling (ceramic, porcelain, quarry and marble), and flooring (linoleum, rubber and carpet ).

Infrastructures and Roads as a Civil Site Engineer dealing with installation of pipe lines using GRP, HDPE, concrete and ductile materials. Site works included: welding, insulating, installing manholes (for: storm and sewer). Constructing chambers (for: telecom and high-voltage), trenches (for: low, telecom and security), thrust blocks and water tanks. Setting out earth levels (Leveling and Compaction, for different level foundations).
