- Building Management Systems (BMS) for energy efficiency and operational control

Responsibilities: 1‐ Responsible for all MV, LV and ELV systems during construction 10 k‐spans, 2 fabrication shelters, 21 small buildings and 3 renovation buildings.
(Takeoff all electrical materials & installed power panels, receptacles, disconnects, motor starters, lighting system, grounding system and lightning system).
2‐ Responsible for installed small substation consist of 4 500 KVA generators, synchronizing panel, step‐up transformer and step down transformer.
3- Responsible for MV, LV and ELV utilities (duct bank work, pulling medium voltage cable and low voltage cable, install 9 transformers and 1 pad mounted switch).

• Oversaw installation and operation of MV, LV, and ELV systems across 10 K-span structures, 2
fabrication shelters, 21 buildings, and 3 renovation projects.
• Managed electrical infrastructure delivery for a high-value international project, ensuring compliance
with design, quality, and safety standards.
• Coordinated MV/LV/ELV utilities deployment,
• Performed technical engineering tasks, including reviewing designs, preparing shop drawings, and

1- Responsible for LV and ELV systems during construction (installed power sockets, lighting system, installation of power panels & pulling low voltage cable cables).
2‐ Responsible for HVAC work (ducts work, installed chilled water pipe, chillers, air handling unite & fan coil unites).

Based at construction of RDB_ELSEIF PRECAST FACTORY.
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for LV systems (installed 3 generators 500 KVA, synchronization panel and switch gear panels, installed power, lighting and lightning system and LV infrastructure).
2. Coordination between LV& ELV Systems and other service disciplines (Architectural/ Civil, Interiors, Structural, Mechanical and Electrical).

Based at construction of PRINCESS NORA BENT ABDURRUHMAN UNIVERSITY
Sub‐contract from Binladen group (BTAT) 1. Responsible for ELV systems (Security, Telecom, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarm and Audio Visual) inside four housing buildings and one college. 2. Prepare inquires and leads team to finish work.
