- Leading the Plant SAP Project during Business Transformation Implementation for 3M
Manufacturing Plant.
- Support the Integration Points between EWM and other SAP Modules like (PP, QM)
throughout the Project.
- Design, create, and document SAP EWM applications and functionality in support of
Logistics Execution functions in 3M businesses and subsidiaries.
- Review all deliverables throughout the project lifecycle to ensure completeness, quality
and requirement traceability.
- Oversee team member work deliverables to ensure quality expectations are met.
- Responsible for meeting project deliverables and exit criteria on schedule.
- Aligning the Project with Agile Methodology and Fit-Gap Analysis
- Keeping the project ready to align with Fiori Interface and S/4HANA version
- Experience in ALM QC Tool that Provides high accuracy documentation for the PIT

Working in Saudi Aramco Project:-
- This Project is S4/HANA Project and it's Done with Fit-GAP Analysis.
- The Project Done with 4 Iteration.
- Responsible for Logistics SAP Implementation MM
- Working with some Enhancement During the Project.

Responsible for SAP Project to Implement for the Modules MM, EWM, SD, SAP Fiori, and SAP Retail.
- This Project includes a implantation we make the integration between HANA Interface (Fiori) and Handheld Devices.
- Build the Products (different kind of Material) includes labeling and weight, rack, batch)
- • Manage the Material transfer using Material Movement, Inbound Delivery, and Outbound Delivery for the warehouse and stores.
- • Evaluate Technically and Financially (RFP) Store devices like (Scale, POS) and ensure that is fully integrated with SAP.
- IT Scope:
- Manage All Retail Operation Related to IT (POS, Scales, CCTV, UPS, bar code Scanners), and Build up the System for Egypt branch.
- Prepare overall status and activity metrics that documents and tracks delivery of IT services, planned and unplanned system outages, and another key IT performance metrics.
- Prepare the IT budget for the year and cost estimate for New Year including the IT KPI to show the performance.
- Owns and maintains strict controls on data/system backups and recoverability.
- Manage staff members in their daily activities as well as supporting business projects
