Reaching out to students and offering them any social or academic support that they might be in need of.
I Worked for 6 weeks in AlYaum Newspaper Call Center during the Summer of 2012 when they were running an advertising campaign and in need of short-term employees to help running the campaign. I was responsible for handling complaints/enquiries from current/potential customers.
I was named as the employee of the month in recognition of the number of customers I managed to serve.
Although the duration of the work was short, it allowed me to deal with different kinds of people and to improve my communication skills.
Graduated with Honors in Computer Systems Engineering. Mentoring Scheme: The academic mentor of Engineering and Digital Arts college for 2015/2016, focus on helping students academically and support new students socially. Received KSCV Bronze Award in recognition of 25 volunteer hours.
