Provide QHSE leadership to Weatherford business
Deliver QHSE excellence across the portfolio, thorough the development of policy and procedure, as well as the application of advanced QHSE Management System.
Managing of all QHSE activities within the Weatherford Saudi Arabia.

Plan, scheduling and reporting of QHSE Inspections, Audits and monitor their execution, follow-up and close-out.
Participating and organizing on internal and external HSE Meetings.
Deliver brief HSE presentations on topical.
Ensure that monthly, quarterly, annual and accumulative HSE performance statistics are compiled, that positive/negative trends are identified and reported to management and clients on a timely basis.
Advise on the establishment and monitoring of HSE Performance Indicators against targets.
Develop HSE & Quality Plans.
Review and enhancement of Company documentation, systems and procedures.
Development, review and enhancement of Company Training Annual Plan and Courses
Promptly responding to all reports of unsafe conditions, unsafe activities, incidents and near misses.
Prompt corrective action and advising senior management accordingly with regard to unsafe/ unhealthy procedures, methods, facilities, equipment and substances.
Encouraging personal HSE awareness among individual subordinates and Company employees.
Ensure an internal audit has been conducted as per audit plan.
Coordinate with certification bodies and comply with their requirements.
Ensure HSE plan (mandatory and recommended indicators) attended.
Monitor the health & Environmental Awareness of WSA and maintain the statistics of waste management, chemical disposal, HRA, etc.
Assuring that workforce and other applicable persons are advised of any HSE hazards that may arise from the work activities which fall within your management scope.
Assuring that all facilities, tools, equipment, plant and vehicles, in use within your area of management responsibility, are maintained in a safe operable condition and are used correctly.

Ensures that programmes are fully communicated, that management and employees take responsibility for the initiation of change/improvements and continually seek ways to improve behavior.
Assumes responsibilities for the effectiveness of WSA’s Emergency Response Plan and associated process. Maintains emergency response capability, documents all contingency plan and procedures, facilities warnings, drills and exercises.
Ensures open communication on QHSE issues with employees and contractors. Oversees the production of frequent safety communiqué to stimulate discussion and raise awareness on specific HSE topics. Represent Company at ARAMCO and external party QHSE meetings, conferences and functions.

Maintain the HSE data and statistics and present on weekly basis and in monthly HSE Meetings and track all HSE action items by using the area track.
Ensure that team's HSE targets are met and that facilities, procedures and practices meet ISO 14001 certification requirement.
Participate in incident investigation & follow up.
Encouraging personal HSE awareness among individual Company employees, the collective work- force and any personnel contracted to, or visiting a Company location/ facility.
