In charge of MENA based corporates relationships to cover their requirements in Europe as an extension of Arab Bank Plc Group relationships.
Also responsible for Financial Institutions and Trade Team to promote the bank's position as a gate to Europe for Arab Bank network and other FI's for trade business within MENA-Europe trade corridor.
In charge of Large Corporate relationships within Commercial Banking division, with mandate to substaintially grow the corporate credit portfolio, and to ensure that cross selling opportunities are captured on the back of credit lines offered to customers.

Manage the establishment of new Trade Services Department upon opening of a new branch in Kuwait. Responsibilities included driving trade sales, assisting relationship managers in structuring trade lines, managing a team of peoples and ensuring that operations attain to the Group standards.
Part of the Regional management team for the Middle East. Oversighting the Trade operations in 9 countries.
Responsible for the design, development and delivery of training solutions utilising different channels to trade services staff in UAE and the Middle East region.
Training provided includes conceptual and system training for staff with different levels of experience.
Responsible for checking and approving trade transactions in exports section. i.e. L/C advising and confirmation, negotiation of documents and exports finance
In charge of a team that consists of a supervisor and six clerks at Trade Services Department
Guarantees: issuance, amendment and follow up of local and foreign guarantees.
Imp/Exp: responsible to handle a portfolio of corporate customers with regard to their trade transactions
This course emphasises on the managerial aspects of shipping industry and the movement of goods around the world. I have completed my dissertation with the title "the relationship between transport documents and UCP500" as part of the requirements for this degree, which I have passed with distinction
