-Manage products life cycle, commercial offers, contracts, productivity and own
Product quality and patient safety incidents till resolution.
-Work with the global team for training updates, products launching strategies, partners & distributors readiness, modifications deployment and IB validation.

-Lead (partners, distributors & customers) satisfaction opportunities till closure.
-Handle proactively all technical escalations that require support beyond the
Local team for Anesthesia, Respiratory and Maternity infant care systems.
-Delivered 62 (Pres-Sales & Post-Sales) product training courses for 300
Healthcare workers (Engineers, users, sales & clinical staff) from Middle East,
Africa, RCIS & APAC in different training centers, countries and regions.
*Certified as Train the Trainer (TTT) in Solingen - Germany)
-Work with learning team in Milwaukee/US for developing the global training
Materials, improving new learning methods, updating and enhancing the online
Learning website.
-Work closely with our customers through regular meetings and Bi weekly calls.
-Manage new products introductions, Point of Sale contracts, region readiness, products quality enhancement and patient safety incidents, field
Modifications deployment, regional service plan, products upgrades, software
Updates, recalls, tenders, commercial offers and spare parts healthy inventory.

-Provide unique clinical engineering services to medical and research centers.
Including selection, acquisition and service of (Philips Healthcare: Patient

DB server, fetal monitors, Ultrasound (General, Obstetrics & Gynecology,
Cardiac & Echo and US connectivity products) across Saudi Arabia.
-Manage turnkey projects: daily assignments for field team, site
Surveys, Installations, operations, commissioning and trainings.
-Manage Bids, commercial offers, contracts, systems upgrades & updates, product quality, clinical incident’s investigations and Service Sales growth.

-Manage the daily service activities for 10 field engineers across Saudi Arabia.

Handle sales & service responsibilities for Sysmex Coagulation Analyzer &
DADEBEHRING Elisa Processor across UAE.
-Manage existing key customers, create new accounts and sales opportunities,
quote for tenders, manage reagents requests, install new systems and deliver
users trainings.

-Handle professionally the full-service activities for:
Laboratory equipment: KoneLab chemistry analyzer, AVL blood gas &
electrolytes, Sysmex Hematology analyzer.
Medical devices: Penlon Anesthesia system, Bear ventilators, Schiller monitoring
& cardiology products, B. Braun dialysis machine, Pentax endoscopy & DMS bone
Densitometry.
-Trained for all products in Europe.
