o Coordinate with various channels for recruitment of new individuals
o Place advertisements on websites
o Coordinate with Office Manager concerning advertisements
o Interview potential fieldworkers
o Carry out assessment tests for potential fieldworkers
o Supervise fieldwork coordinator
o Meet with fieldwork department team on a daily basis to discuss the day-to-day operation
- Project tasks:
o Advise fieldwork coordinator, outdoor supervisors and quality control team of new projects
o Carry out briefing sessions for all fieldworkers (indoor and outdoor staff) to explain nature of work, questionnaire, conditions and payment terms
o Carry out briefing sessions with outdoor supervisors and designate areas to be covered, quota and sample distribution
o Coordinate with project manager and project director
o Review sample distribution entered by the designated quality control team member on the database
o Assess quota on a daily basis
o Inform fieldwork department staff of project kick-off
o Meet all outdoor supervisors

o Coordinate with office manager for shipping boxes to the warehouse
o Send text message to fieldworkers’ informing them of payment dates
