projects manager responsible for the following main tasks: 1- General supervision and follow-up initiation phase of all projects from feasibility studies to dealing with consulting offices to make completed architectural designs in line with the owner’s vision until approval and submission of technical approvals and issuing authority license. 2- Revision and permitting of Quantity surveying schedules and shop drawings review to assure its compliance with codes and design remarks before sending to supervision consultant to submit 3- Participate in defining and re-evaluating of description and specs of all project about architectural, civil and electromechanical items to achieve the optimum value 4 - Review of the planned baseline, budgeted cost and defining the initial budget for projects 5 - Participate in preparation of all technical contract agreements and any related contractual documents 6 - Manage and Follow up all of construction activities executed in the site was completed within defined time, cost and quality 7 - Revision of the time schedule of corporate projects after revision of the Work breakdown of items, assigned resource, activities duration and cost 8 - Participate in bidding process revising and accepting technical and financial contracting offers 9 - Follow up a carrying out reports of current works to control both of work progress and budget 10 - Revise and approve all suppliers and sub-contractors invoices and billing 11 - Participating in solving and making technical proposals for construction projects issues 12 - Checking purchase requests and orders of contractors and revise the warehouse demands periodically based on the procurement plan 13 - Manage and follow-up the document controlling cycle including all emails, letters and review of all correspondences and assuring all project papers are proper maintained 14 - Review the Structural, Electro-mechanical and infrastructure designs of all projects and check coordinated builder work drawings between all disciplines to avoid any possible clashes 15 - Responding to the sales department needs and inquiries related to projects brochures and contractual plans, etc.
