MANUFACTURING:
1-Semi-Finish Product(SOFT PVC Compounds, RIGID PVC Compounds)
2-Finish Product: PVC HOSES for various end uses (Garden, Suction Spiral, Discharge Flat, Fire Fighting, Air & Gas…etc), PE PIPES, PE Fittings, PPR PIPES, PPR FITTINGS
MAJOR ACHIEVEMENTS:
-Increased Production Capacity from (9MT/Day) in 2008 to (50MT/Day) in 2015
-Producing in-house all the PVC Compounds need for all PVC Hoses Grades
BASIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design and Implement Complete Recycling Process to consume safely all the scrap generated during the hoses production process.
- Planning the operation sources (manpower, machinery, materials…etc) to achieve management goals
- Planning and optimize the Manufacturing Operations in the most efficient level
- Communicate with third party technically and commercially or the procuring of the required Raw Materials
-Control and Monitoring Raw Materials (Selection, Stock Level, Stock Movement)
-Manpower Recruitment, training, evaluation…etc
-Improve continuously the Technical Skills of the Team as whole, empower team spirit
-Maximize the utilization of each Team Member capabilities and skills
-Overall monitoring Maintenance Tasks for Predictive, Corrective and Preventive plans
- Prepare and implement plans to upgrade the Production Capacity (efficiency)
- Set and implement plans to minimize Manufacturing Costs through effective utilization of manpower, machinery, facilities, raw materials
- Continually improve Safety Awareness by addressing both physical safety issues and employees safety attitudes
- Maintain the Manufacturing Operations in the most stable manner to have products comply with STD quality measures and customers requirement
- Monitoring production operation and Product Quality quantitatively and qualitatively
- Set and implement Development Tasks for entire production operation to improve the productivity
- Develop the New Products as per markets requirements, customer requirements
- Communicate technically and commercially with third party for new production lines, equipment s….
- Monitoring product quality measures by performing the routine and especial quality tests for each product periodically….

1- Semi Finish Product: PVC Paste, Acrylic Solvent Base Lacquer, PTFE Dispersion, Polyester Fabric
2-Finish Product: PVC coated fabrics (banners, signboards, block out, tarpaulins...etc), PTFE coated fabric (tent, architectural, shade...etc)
BASIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Designing chemicals recipes according to the final product specifications required
- Involving in resolving Quality problems, Developing new Products
- Maintain raw material inventory, and finish good stocks as per the production forecast
- Insure trouble free operation
- Communicate with the supplier for the needed raw materials and machinery
