Work on
• GSM New sites based on RBS6000 families.
• WCDMA New & expansion sites based on RBS6000 & RBS3000.
• IBS Sites.
• Hybrid System Solution (RSM).
Supervision
• Being the project interface toward Supply and Logistics Dept.
• Preparation of the work schedules based on the overall Project plans.
• Communicating work schedules to the ASPs and assigning Tasks to them.
• On the daily basis follow up to ASPs.
• Ensuring that the customer accepts the Installation work.
• Supervising the quality and performance of the teams’ work.
• Ensuring that the Ericsson NRO Installation Process is followed.
• Ensure that correct methods, instructions, checklists and reports are used.
• Providing planning and follow-up of the activities allocated to the Installation teams.
• Equipment delivery follow-up, supported by IE team.
• Managing the site access for the Installation teams.
• Managing the installation checklists completion.
• Ensuring that the acceptance processes are observed and coordinated.
• Supervision of the Installation and Commissioning activities performed in Sites by the ASPs teams.
• Leading, coordinating and supporting ASPs in relation to technical Installation and Logistics activities.
• Review/ confirm the installations invoices to the CPM.
Hybrid Integration
• Create the ESC (Ericsson Site Controller) node on the ESCM (Ericsson Site Controller Manager).
• Create ESC SW package via ESCM (Basic SW + IPs link script + License).
• Connect the ESC to the ESCM via IP with Transmission Media.
• Create Power Management Configuration through ESCM.
• Create External alarms related to the sensors installed on site and test their functionalities.
• Monitor site performance data like battery voltage current, fuel level, etc...
• Download the performance data, then prepare statistic based on it.
• Download the energy report to show the customer the ESCs performance
