 Monitoring and improving restaurant profitability through efficient operations process on receiving using check form on daily basis.
 Conduct food safety checklist on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
 Facilitate investigation and follow-up in the scope of customer complaint management regarding food safety and hazards.
 Communicate with QA department for any information concerning food safety.
 Follow up all products expiration dates thru expiration sheet by monthly Basis.
 Accountable for coaching and train BOH team, assistants and chefs for operational excellence, supports training initiatives for food safety, involved in process for new employee orientation, to ensure quality training of team members on food safety.
 Working with Restaurant Managers to optimize restaurant sales and reducing the cost by addressing food safety, operational audits and Par level system for all Products.
 Communicate with Supply Chain Manager and QA Department regarding any Quality issue for our daily receiving Products.
 Follow up with Maintenance Department Regarding any Maintenance issue.
 Conduct a weekly and monthly meeting to discussion all opportunities regarding Receiving, Food safety and Cleanliness with Business Manager and General Restaurant Manager.
 Follow up the monthly samples for laboratory analysis with QA Department and take a corrective action in case the sample failed.
 Attend any sampling check for new product lunching.
 Accompanying the Host brand auditor for any clarification during their audits.
 Conduct the product specification checking list regarding the host brand specification list.
 Follow the approved product list and communicate with the supply chain for any update or changing from suppliers.
