3. conduct a daily and weekly basis meetings with Alsafa engineers team to manage work problems
4. overseeing and managing All over site supervision to control quality and work progress
5. planning work flow in manpower, resources and materials prior to complete the required work in proper timing and cost matter.
6. inventing and proposing a work solutions to sort installation problems and to reduce cost and time
7. coordination with company owner and manager to control materials delivery and resources availability
8. supervising quantity surveying, contracting and variation documentation

Job Duties And Responsibilities:
1 Responsible in the over-all supervision and implementation of the work activities in the assigned area, ensuring a strong performance through compliance with policies and application of the construction best practices, skills and experiences
2 Strictly monitoring the construction work progress regularly and conducting quality checks. making certain that plans, specifications, quality standards and schedules are adhered to
3 Attend to technical and engineering problems, resource and drawing requirements in an effective and timely manner
4 Organizing the team and distribute the resources for each construction activity; overseeing the delivery and use of materials, tools, and equipment; and the quality of construction, labor productivity, and safety
5 Liaise and coordinate with the consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, technical staff and functional departments of the project organization for obtaining approval on all projects related activities and to ensure execution of construction activities meet with the project requirements
6 Reporting to the senior management (construction manager, project Manager) in daily basis about site progress, achieved goals and site problems
