Oversee operations & forecast potential roadblock & participate with the
concerned department to put mitigation plans in place.
Approve expenditures within the authority delegated by the Board.
Warehouse operations management .
Hold the planning director role to achieve all organizational objectives & realize
the company vision.
Develop operational plans which incorporates the work, procurement & time
needed to develop a final deliverable product within our various projects.
Oversee the efficient and effective day-to-day operation of production.
Coordinate the realization of the delivery plans with sales, procurement & financial
management.
Oversee the planning, implementation, execution and evaluation of special projects.
