Description: The Address Residence Fountain Views, launched in 2013 in Downtown Dubai, is the first dedicated serviced residence complex in the 500-acre mega development. Elegantly designed by an international team of architects, The Address Residence Fountain Views is a four-tower complex overlooking Burj Khalifa and The Dubai Fountain. The 60-storey towers offer 1182 serviced apartments while a new Address hotel is home to 194 rooms.

Contract Price: AED 4 Billion ($ 1.1 Billion)

- Started the project from initial site mobilization to finishing works.
- Monitoring and controlling the daily site activities, and manpower
- Check drawings and quantities and ensuring the accuracy of calculations and quality.
- Plan the work to be done on a daily basis and organize things so that deadlines are met.
- Allocate the cost throughout Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
- Prepare daily allocation and progress reports.
- Getting exposed to different automatic jumping and climbing formwork systems by Doka; for example, SCP400, SKE100plus, SKE50 and Truss tables for slabs.
- Liaise with consultant, subcontractors and other professional staff.

- Started from foundation passing to structure and finally finishing works.
- Supervising a steel structural bridge between two towers on a height of 250 m with a length of 35 m.
