• Preparing and following up on sales reports and the status of existing and future projects and Submitting proposals so that we can cover requests in terms of sales, services and products that are compatible with the requirements received from projects and customers.
• Assist and supervise the work of sales representatives within the team or develop marketing to enhance the companys market opportunities and improve sales.
• Focusing on periodic comparisons with competitors products and services in order to provide the best to maintain a satisfactory level of service for existing customers and attract new customers.
• Submitting proposals to the management in order to improve internal operations and shorten the stages to ensure commitment to the clients time and maintain the quality of the product and service.

• Supporting the external sales team by organizing the internal work to carry out tasks (purchase orders, shipping, production, marketing, etc.) by the support team present in the administration and monitoring the steps and requirements and providing permanent supervision to achieve results to ensure increased sales, achieving goals, and solving problems received from sales representatives or customers.
• Providing the necessary information and observations to the sales support team, meeting with them on a weekly basis, and sending the results and opinions to the management to ensure that the workflow is maintained in an optimal manner, in addition to discussing with the management the tools and requirements that the work requires.
• Coordinating with the marketing and production teams and the technical department to ensure the fulfilment of the requirements of new projects so that we can gain a good position in the market and prepare the external sales team to complete the communication steps and visit customers in order to reach the companys goals.
• Attending and representing the company in exhibitions within the Kingdom to introduce its services and products
• Communicate with individual and corporate clients to introduce products and discuss the status of projects that clients have applied for.
• Receiving and reviewing customer requests, distributing them to the concerned departments to prepare commercial and technical quotations, and matching them with the specifications received from the projects.
• Discussing with customers quotations, existing and future orders, conditions, the manufacturing period, and specifications
• Strive to achieve the required goals and provide all updates and reports to the management.
• Attracting new clients and informing the concerned party about the problems and obstacles that may prevent reaching the desired goal.
