- Control revenue, expenses & profitability of Sales, Service and Parts Departments.
- Preparation of Budget and implementation of Company policies.
- Manage and control overtime, training, and personnel development.
- Look after company assets, ensure safety in all Departments.
- Control expenses and outstanding debts, monitor Service Parts and Sales transactions etc.
- Customer visits, market intelligence, major contracts information.
- Cleanliness of facility and its professional image.
- Achieve and administer Asir area objectives and develop long and short range forecast & action plans.
- Develop a comprehensive knowledge of the market place as it pertains to the Division's products.
- Look for new profitable business opportunities.
