• Account management, covering different retail channels; power retailers, Hypermarkets and department stores.
• Key focus on increasing new business leads through different market channels and maintaining relationship with existing dealer’s network as well as develop new network as per company’s objectives.
• Set-up and review business plan and marketing plan to enhance brand positioning and achieve targets in line with organizational objectives.
• Responsibility of market activities that extends -but not limited to- Channel management, marketing plans and Promotions execution.
• Present new products range and enhance existing relationships.
• Strategic alliances and other cross promotional activities of Sigma and Go mobile accessories brands with a view to gratify existing and prospective customers.
• Reviewing strategic planning of business with general manager.
• Improving stock turnover, and lowering aged stock values.
• Setting end-user price strategy & assortment to maximize products range profitability.
• Work closely with company’s key departments including marketing, logistics etc. to ensure smooth operations.
• Daily and weekly market feedback and compiling reports of competitor’s offers prices, and activities.
• Obtaining and consolidating all the feedbacks about the products and services from customer and sales staffs.
• Organizing and conducting one to one staff trainings during daily stores visits, in addition to organizing group trainings or classroom trainings.
• Delivering ongoing market activities of competitors to the field manger.
• Oversee monthly sales of showrooms and participating in cycle meeting preparations.
• Managing promoters’ team during exhibitions and within different retails stores.
• Distribution and deployment of Point of sales materials (POSM) to obtain a significant percentage of shelf share.
• Overseeing existing road shows and campaigns for new products launching, service providers and native applications.
• Looking into the after sales service issues in the retail outlets and providing guidance for the necessary action that needs to be taken.
• Responsible for brand building and product launches at Key retailer partners.
• Proactively alert field marketing manager of issues like low ROI due to wrong message, wrong audience, and wrong distribution method, in order to help having the right correction action.
• Work closely with field operations and provide quality employee development skills that focused around developing and improving different business elements throughout the channels.
• Identifying and developing sustainable relationships with key accounts.
• Driving and managing the different levels of sales process - targeting top prospects.
• Support and track follow up processes and issues when new initiatives are introduced to the field.
• Continuously monitors and analyzes the company's competitive position in the market, takes into account market trends, foresees possible changes.
• Maintain and develop business relation with different market channels including PRs and IRs.
• Monitor channels and power retailer's preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.
• Represent the company at trade association meetings, trade shows and events to promote products.
