Established a New Jersey Barriers production plant, introduced grouts, Self-Compacted
concrete, colored concrete to the range of products.
Follow up daily concrete production from raw materials quality to final product delivered to customer. Daily tests on raw materials and fresh concrete, raw materials supply to all plants, prepare concrete mix design as per customer requirements, technical problems and customer complains follow up, and a business development committee member. Prepare daily, monthly, and yearly Quality Report to Management. Prepare yearly budget including staff requirements, training program, and new instruments.
Erect, commissioned, and installed the control system programs for two batch plants.
Organize and implement the daily required tasks to ensure the production and delivery of the
required quality and quantity concrete to precast factory. Prepare stocks inventory and
materials requests. Prepare the future requirements from raw materials, spare parts, and
labor. Prepare new concrete mix designs, yearly budget and training plans
plants.
Introducing the use of cementitious materials replacements specially Calcium Carbonate,
micro silica, and GGBS. Beside the follow up all quality concerned items from raw materials
to finished products. Follow up stocks inventory on daily bases and arrange the delivery of
raw materials to each plant (Branch), and prepare concrete mix design for either general
production or special requirements by customers. Concrete admixtures plant.
Organize the daily activities of the branch from scheduling concrete activities, payments collection, raw materials inventory and stock enhancements, staff daily duties, public relations officer of the company, and quality control engineer
Follow up all quality concerned items from raw materials to finished products. Follow up stocks inventory on daily bases and arrange the delivery of raw materials to each plant (Branch) and prepare concrete mix design for either general production purposes or special requirements by customers. Organize the daily activities of the dead sea branch from scheduling concrete activities, payments collection, raw materials inventory and stock enhancements, and staff daily duties.
Follow up the quality concerned items in the projects which the center have contracts with, prepare proposals, issue agreements, and prepare monthly “Quality Control Report” for each project.
1- Sell, train, and install all items at the range of HILTI products.
Draw Contracts for coring jobs, anchors installation, and Concrete Cutting jobs.
2- Sell, train, and follow up application of Chem Crete Construction Chemicals.
Draw Contracts of flooring systems and water proofing.

1- Le Royal Hotel & Shopping Center, Amman - Jordan
March 1988 to June 2000
Duties: Control the quality of concrete leaving batch plants and reaching casting point at project site, sampling all materials delivered to project or prepared locally.
2- Irbid Grain Siloes Extension Project, Ramtha - Jordan
October 1997 to March 1988
Duties: Follow up the use of correct proportions of concrete mixes prepared at batching plants, testing the quality of aggregates used for concrete, and follow up the moisture content while concreting. The Project used Slip Form method.
Irbid Grain Silos Extension Project:
Control and check the scales of each portion used to produce concrete each plant, testing of moisture content of aggregates before and during concrete mixing.
Tender, submit proposals, request materials, issue invoices and delivery notes, and present our products to governmental departments and companies
