• The Projects include different types of Residential units(Apartments, Duplexes, Town houses,
Twin Villas and Villas) also include Office building, Mall, Club, School, Park and Culture hub.
- Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Supporting, as directed, line manager in provision of Commercial Management Services
for CGP/IMKAN Misr Projects’ Operation (Facility Management, Community
Management, Security, Projects and Development … etc).
• Provide commercial advice to CGP/IMKAN Misr Operations, Projects, and Development
Teams to ensure in all respects that risk is minimized & best value is achieved.
• Advise Operation Manager(s) on procurement of Services, Works, and Supplies to meet
scope, time, quality and cost requirements of the operation plan.
• Implementing efficient Cost and Change Management Process & Procedure for all
operation activities.
• To adapt standard form contracts/agreements/POs in production of Suppliers and
Service Providers agreements, and agreements of purchase(s).
• Developing the prequalification process & procedure of Contractors, Consultants,
Suppliers and Service Providers.

• Prepare Requests for Proposal/Quotation, advising on selection of tenderers, managing
the tender process, negotiating agreements for contractors/consultants, preparing tender
evaluation reports and recommendations to ensure timely awarding of the works/services
within the approved budget.
• Monitor Package(s) payment(s) and budget commitments/expenses versus budgets.
• Provide Contract/Agreements Management Services to: ensure that all parties
obligations and liabilities are maintained, cost are monitored/controlled against the
approved budget, contractual risks are managed.
• Monitor and ensure that contract(s) documentation, including warranties, bonds and
insurances are appraised, approved and maintained.
• Develop the Projects Material Procurement Strategy (selection of Items to be direct
Purchased or Nominated, type of suppliers’ agreements, ..etc) to ensure that cost saving
is achieved and/or Material(s) specification is upgraded.
• Develop and implement efficient procurement management processes and procedures

Cairo Festival City Mall
• Located in the heart of CFC - New Cairo
• Gross Built Area of 217, 796 square metres.
• Over 310 shops & services including 95 restaurants & cafés
• Major anchors such as IKEA, M&S, Magic Planet, Renaissance Cinema and Carrefour
- Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Prepare/Monitor the budget and Calculate the Monthly Expenses amounts and review
with Business Units and Finance.
• Prepare, Monitor and Control All Payments and Variations in The Process of Keep Efficient
Control to The Business Units' Requirements
• Ensure to achieve the maximum cost saving to business unit budget.
• Keep updated with market developments and assist in Vendor Development
Negotiating with the vendors for material procurement while coordinating with the higher
authorities of the company, ensuring statutory and company compliances.
• More exposure to the market in different sections (Facilities, Operations, IT and Marketing)
by attending Exhibitions and Meetings with different vendors.
• Full compliance with centralized procurement procedures and provide full assistance to
business units in applying the procedure.
• Prepare and monitor the using of AFGRE forms (BAFs, CAFs, DWIAs, SWIAs....etc) to ensure
internal approvals are obtained in accordance with the Delegation of Authority (DOA)
and within the required time frame
• Contract administration to existing contracts (LG, deduction letters, insurance...etc)

Kidzania - Cairo Festival City
Spanning over 5, 200sqm with a total built-up area of 7, 500sqm, KidZania Cairo is an entire kids-scale city
built to simulate real life. Children between the ages of 4-14 are able to choose from more than 70 real-
life jobs in a wide variety of sectors including retail, media and entertainment, construction, culture,
sports and industry. Children can reenact work as doctors, firefighters, pilots or chefs in fully equipped
facilities, move around the edutainment city in cars or via public transportation, practice driving at the
driving streets within the city, dine at restaurants, or explore their talents at the theatre.
- Project includes steel structure, concrete, interior and exterior finishing & MEP works for the buildings.
- Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Prepare “Bill of Quantities” which lists the individual components required to construct the
project.
• Complete the Quantities take off process for new projects.
• Prepare the variation orders to subcontractors and assist in preparing variation orders proposals
to client.
• Execute the site measurements process and prepare the quantities calculation sheets required
for payments requisitions backup documents in the scheduled time frame.
• Prepare the client, subcontractors & suppliers payment certificates.
• Maintain proper logs for subcontracts & purchase orders to calculate Project direct cost and
compare with budget.
• Identify the needed work and schedules to be completed by the subcontractors.
• Provide the necessary information required for the submission of any potential claims.
• Coordinate with the procurement engineer/department to notify them of the required
quantities.

MIVIDA PROJECT (FENCE CONSTRUCTION) :

MELIA SHARM RESORT:
- Project includes interior and exterior finishing works for three buildings consists of 270 typical room and 11 suites.
ELNILE KEMPENSKI HOTEL
