Warehouses
• Lead a team of warehouses personnel to Access to best results & Insure provide materials receipt, storage and issue service in accordance with Company policies & procedures Insure assist in the management of stock levels in accordance with Company policies & procedures add to documentation of the material contained documents to and out of the warehouses.
• Mechanism of cooperation and professionalism in dealing with the team and project managers and senior management & prepare the necessary reports for warehouses the relevant divisions and departments.
• Ability of compression and preparation of plans a modern warehouse management and predict deviations and reduce inventory mechanism taking into account the schedules of projects
• Insure assist in the management of warehouse space effectively in accordance with industry best practice.
• Insure that fixed assets, tools & equipment and consumables are effectively controlled in accordance with Company policies & procedures
• Provide professional advice on materials to Project Managers as required
• Carrying out an inventory of random each month and quarter inventory for all Warehouses carrying out an inventory of the annual collaboration with the relevant divisions and departments.
• Provide continuous solutions on idle stock and track the movement of the average stock items through comparison Standing varieties for all warehouses and Monthly closure of stores in the form required for the possibility of inventory balance inventory of items with high values and disclosed and review with project managers monitored in extracts of the owner
