My Role is to manage day to day operation, put plans, confirm plans with Bolt international, Budgeting, Performance monitoring, and operation team management.
Key Achievements:
• Boost number of trips to reach 350K+ monthly trips
• Boost GMV to 9M+ SAR monthly
• Increases customers satisfaction
Captain is a Saudi company specialized in transporting people through booking their cars from a large variety of fleet around Saudi arabia.
My role is to manage the software development team to build and maintain Mobile Applications for both Android, and iOS as long as the backend APIs and admin dashboard. Add to this, building the servers architecture to obtain the high availability solution with the best response.
Key Achievements:
- Zero servers down time from May 2017 (the new architecture release) till now
- 300% increase in customers database in 6 months
- Today 99% devices free of fatales according to Firebase crash reports
The Ministry acts as the technical arm of the Egyptian government. It is responsible for systems development inside the government.
My Role was to manage national software mega projects and also provide consultation services to all Egyptian governmental entities.
Key Achievements:
- Saved 80 Millions EGP by shifting e-tenders portal to open source technology
- Built the architecture of the Egyptian Elections backend for the out of country voters.
- Achieved zero errors and zero downtime in multiple Egyptian Elections
- Served over 1 Million Egyptians to book their appointments to take “Sovaldi“ through internal developed portal by my team. We reached 2000 concurrent users at the start of the reservation.
- Managed and built several automation portals like (Governmental Assets Database, Central Pharmaceutical Authority work flow, Municipality elections database ...)
- Participated in writing the Egyptian strategy towards open source.
REEM is a Research and Development company specialized in building Meter Reading and Billing systems for utilities companies.
I started at REEM as a software developer, software department manager, then executive manager. My last position lasts for 3 years.

- Boosted REEM Co. sales by 300% through an innovative Development/Marketing strategy.
- Managed and developed 3 different hand held devices from the research to the production.
