10. Drive cost reduction efforts in production and operations, while concurrently enhancing production efficiency.
11- Holding monthly meetings with the area managers, the wholesale manager, the production
department, and the executive chef to discuss problems, solve them, ways to develop and advance work, and serve customers.
12- Reviewing annual leave schedules for all employees in the company and preparing unified leave
schedules, taking into account the best-selling and least-selling months and work seasons.
13- Monitoring the quantities of goods within branches, factories, and warehouses, ensuring that
they contain all items that are produced or present in the warehouse, and assessing their
adequacy and suitability.

16- Develop solutions to the problems facing the organization, such as low profits, labour disputes, and business decline infront of competitors.

Building a sales team through training and development of their selling skills so that they can achieve their target Working to achieve balance between fixed and variable costs and achieving the desired profitability in a way that guarantees business continuity, whether at the retail branches and production stores
5. Building short-term annual budgets and strategies, and long-term plans for a period of five years
• Day-to-day operation Lead multi-site store teams to meet their targets.
• Responsible for all stores and employee development including performance management, coaching and identifying
development.
• Accountable for visual merchandising in assigned stores. also actively contribute to the development of business
initiatives including new stores and store closures.
• Appointing, training and motivating the sales management department and addressing their issues.
• Staying informed about the trend of the retail sales sector and market movement, analyzing sales volume and
forecasting future sales.
• Design sales promotions in coordination with the Marketing Department.
• Study customer complaints and ensure that the causes of complaints are not repeated and develop a plan to address
them in a manner consistent with the company’s capabilities and keeping pace with the development of customers’
aspirations for the future.
• Designing special annual plans in the sales department by relying on studying market requirements and following up
on customer requests in order to work to provide them. Determine strategic sales goals by setting a set of
expectations about the volume of sales that will be achieved.
• Compared to the amount of profits, which includes the revenues collected, and this also depends on the study and
analysis of the company’s previous sales.
• Determine and control sales prices, by following up on competition with other companies that offer similar types of
sales that the company offers in the market.
• Maintaining and enhancing the collective effort in the sales department by supporting the role of cooperation
between all branches in order to achieve special goals at work.
• Follow up on training courses and workshops for sales department employees, especially new ones; So that they can
understand the nature of work and help them develop their skills and experience in business sales.
• Taking the initiative to propose innovative ideas and share them with the marketing department to transform them
into content and marketing ideas.
• Follow up and managing the cost of inventory at the branches and analyze inventory discrepancies.
Collection of bad debts, study of financial portfolios and ability to be paid back, evaluation of client accounts, follow up client accounts, in respect of presenting new financial credits demonstrating its cover to client financial needs, checking out the safety of client paper documents, and the monthly client account reports.
Manage the daily operations of the restaurant including supervising staff and planning menus
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure that supplies are sufficient to meet customer demand
• Train employees on proper food preparation techniques and safety procedures to ensure compliance with health laws
• Ensure that employees have the tools they need to perform their jobs, such as food preparation supplies, kitchen linens,
and cleaning supplies.
• Manage employee schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak times
• Auditing the restaurant’s financial records to ensure its compliance with all laws and regulations related to taxes and other
financial obligations
• Oversee the restaurant’s marketing efforts, including developing seasonal promotions and events that attract new
