It was depending on the prices, ex-work cost (thc, B/L, free dentation and transportion, free demurrage, Transit time…..etc) saving shipping time and got the lowest prices by good negotiations with shipping lines or freight forwatders solve customs problems and shipping problems
, Handling The Documents like Euro 1 and Euro Med or Arabian agreement its depend on the country we will import from it because we was have business with all the world countries like machines from USA, Germany, Japan, England, raw material from Italy and Turkey also Lebannon, Tunis...etc also some materials need special documents like photosanitary or healthy certificate or government agree….etc

At first we choosed to work with Chinese agent with commission after that we established our office I was responsible about this office from A:Z choosing the goods, collection the goods from suppliers and collect it, count the cbm for every item, transport it and make free dentation,
Make the booking with the shipping lines, ( transite time, free demurrage.) I succeeded to make customs clearance only 3or 4 days by choosing right broker.
Customs clearance in Egypt and transportation to our plants after that prepare the accounting for the goods and preparing coasts sheet and prepare the reports for our GM.
It was need good connections with shipping lines have service in this area Like APL and Ever Green and every area have special treatment some times its better to work with freight forwarder because some lines didn't have logistics service.
Since 2009 I was respossible about freight in our group, customs clearance brockers and transportion.for all the goods Machines raw materials spare patrs.with all Egyption ports also cairo and Alex airports. All customs clearance.
